[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - meadow=wooded_meadow

The pictures on the proposal page look like a man-made savannah[1]. There are some areas near me that would probably best be tagged as savannah but I don’t see a tagging system for that. I’d suggest landcover=savannah (I prefer the newer landcover tagging [2] over natural or landuse).
