I'd not delete them at this time.

I would remove the status .. not enough numbers to be 'inuse'

The thinking is too local for worldwide use.
And too specific .. what about pet friendly places?

If friendly is to be tagged then something more universal?
friendly:*=* perhaps?
Some examples?
friendly:pet=exercise_area
friendly:drying_room=customers (though I think this might be address some other way IIRC)
friendly:motorcycle_rider=free_coffee
friendly:truck_driver=free_coffee

If these never were proposed .. would there be this much concern over a wiki page documenting their existence?
