[Tagging] Proposed feature - accepted - Power transformer extension

Hi all,

The proposal regarding power transformers had been adopted last week.
As a really technical subject, it was really nice to get numerous
feedbacks, thank you :)

The cleanup is in progress, and will take a little time to be completed
The page power=transformer contains already all useful information but
misses a few examples as asked while voting.

Some definitions hasn't been changed but eventually improved as discussed
during voting phase :
- primary/secondary/...
- voltage-high / voltage-low <=> voltage:primary / voltage:secondary

Discussion can continue on Talk page and content can be improved
continuously
