[Tagging] Devices key

Hi,

The key devices=* got its page on the wiki
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:devices

It has been introduced for a very specific topic, but can be useful in many
situations.
It was intended to group equivalent devices (lights, ATM, car-park
meters... and power transformers) on the same node.

Depending on context, it can be used as a suffix or as a standalone key.
For instance, the suffix is finally useful on transformers hosted on poles
since many other devices can be on the pole and only transformers are
subject to factorisation.

it wasn't possible to provide a wide panel of uses cases, new usages and
various examples are more than welcome
