[Tagging] Stolpersteine tagging scheme problem

The organisation for the Stolpersteine project has a website, which says
there will be a central database end of 2018. These things tend to drift
though...
I have send them a friendly email to inquire about the possibilities to use
this database in OSM. They coud then use OSM as a display/search tool on
their website.
Basically,  all we need is a list of GPS locations, right?
