[Tagging] Key:boundary_type

Hi

I stumbled apon

edits and even started a discussion about its meaningfullness here:

But until now I got no response.


It is not really clear to me if this tag is a duplicate of border_type=* 
+ boundary tags indicating if administrative or not.
