[Tagging] Feature proposal - Voting - Pipeline valves

Hi all,

The vote now begins for the pipeline valves proposal

Despite a very technical topic, you may be able to use this tagging scheme
to describe devices located in your own house.
Keep in mind that voting is about the tagging consistency or
comprehensiveness and definitions relevancy, not about the availability of
data or your wish/ability to see or not what's inside a given place.
As always this proposal isn't a bill to go mapping inside restricted
perimeters without be invited to do so.
