I  use amenity=fountain for decorative fountains.The ones I tag I would not drink from.

There are also springs, streams and rivers, not to mention canals and drains.

The temperature here reached 43C (in the shade) the other day.
You might then consider drinking water points including taps to be much more significant than you do now.
