This was not meant to suggest an automated edit, and in my mind
labeling a tag "deprecated" does not mean that it will cease any-
time soon within the osm realm.
But then you're right, the suffixes :left and :right may also be
represented in the tag value. Especially so, if they are not en-
tangled with values of another class of information there (like
practiced with the cycleway values currently).
