[Tagging] how to tag place where horse-drawn carriages wait for tourists?

Tourists typically select one of proposed rides and driver drives around the city, while

pre-recorder audio guide is played.

I am looking for way to tag place where vehicles wait for tourist and depart as soon as

someone rents a vehicle. I think that this kind of bus would not fit that.
