[Tagging] Fountain water area?

What is the proper tagging for pool surrounding fountain?
Osmose was complaining about landuse=basin,
what basing on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dbasin <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:landuse%3Dbasin>
seems to be justified.

Unfortunately neither https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dfountain <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dfountain>
nor https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:water <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:water> has a clear answer.


Currently I am planning to use natural=water, and water tag but I am unsure about what value should be used.
