Almost. Western Australia and Northern Territory has 110 km/h, Tasmania
100 km/h only on concrete or asphalt surface and 80 km/h otherwise;
Northern Territory furthermore sets the speed limit within built-up
areas to 60 km/h.

I am linking this often, but it is really necessary to get on the same
page: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Default_speed_limits
