[Tagging] How to tag prefab / movable buildings

Hi all,

I'm currently looking to know what would be the best way to tag prefab or
movable buildings.
Such buildings are used to host utilities or service equipments and
building=service is used.

This is a prefab building :

This is not a prefab building :
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:French_substation_tower.jpg
Despite they have the same function.

Is there an established tag for that?
