You would need to define a new tag to express that, such as brt=yes/no
or bus:brt=yes/no.

Still, I was thinking of service=bus for bus-only ways in general, not
for BRT-buses only. For simplicity, I would prefer service=bus to
apply to all kinds of busways, not only BRTs.
