[Tagging] Feature Proposal -- RFC -- Landcover Cultivated

Dear all,

After the proposal of some weeks ago about the deforestation, we thought about a proposal of 3 different tag that can be useful to tag this change.

Any comment is well accepted and welcomed, to keep track of all the suggestion, please add your comment on the discussion of the wiki page. I will also read all the wiki, but the other people of the group is more easy that they read the wiki page.
