[Tagging] Feature Proposal -- RFC -- Landcover Cultivated

This group of proposals seems to be intended for using OpenStreetMap as place to
vectorize low quality aerial/satellite images. I am against using OSM for its purpose
at it makes proper mapping more confusing.

This applies to all three proposals from this group.

But in this case I am even more confused - with low quality images how one is supposed
to distinguish forest from orchards/plantations?
