Then the word "approach" shouldn’t be used - use “link”. Use the same vocabulary as other route relations. 

We shouldn't use bespoke words when the standardized synonym word is already used in tagging other route relations.

if there is some major difference between an approach and a link, then sure, but it really sounds like a link.
