100 looks like an arbitrary number.

Very easy to achieve with common things , like blades of grass.
Much harder with uncommon things like man made=footwear decontamination, 
6 uses since page creation in Sept last year, for example. Note that is 
an approved tag so warrants  its wiki page that way.

I think the '100' is a suggestion not a requirement.
