[Tagging] shop=underwear vs shop=clothes + clothes=underwear

I think that the shop=underwear could be deprecated indeed, as the other
tag is similar and more used (and probably more practical as it is a
sub-category of clothes shops).

For the underwear or lingerie name, both value are existing for "*clothes=**"
(depending if only selling for women or (also) for men).
