Case 1)

This feature is a special type of playground

- Some people may want to treat in like any other playgrounds on maps/data they produce.
With leisure=inflatable_park they would need to change their processing code to 
treat it as synonym of leisure=playground

With leisure=playground playground=inflatable_park there is no need to change existing code
and for any future data consumers they need to support just leisure=playground
without special treatment of additional tags

- Some people may want to treat inflatable parks or paid playgrounds differently -
they still need to write an additional code.

It is likely that majority of people using leisure=playground in their 
OSM data processing and would prefer to not spend their time on discovering
how various types of playgrounds are tagged.

Case 2)

This feature is not a special type of playground but something different

In that case please ignore my suggestion about using leisure=playground with additional keys
