[Tagging] Feature proposal - Approved - Utility markers

Hi Michael,

This is a good point and sorry for this time of answer.
I didn't mention position=* in the proposal but as a reviewed and
established practice for pipeline, easily extendable to other fields of
knowledge, it's ok to keep it on the marker.

I'll update the wiki shortly with it.
