[Tagging] Default access for service=driveway?

Note that there was a massive discussion (maybe more than one)
recently about this.
1) yes (I would assume access=destination)
2a) depends on whatever access=private is implied by gates,
blocks or character of surrounding area (driveway through forest
- not, driveway through garden/backyard - marked as private)
2b) that would be access=destination (matters only in cases
where transit is possible)
2c) depends on whatever it is formulated in way that means
and indicates "privately owned" or "private access".
There are some privately owned driveways that are publiclly accessible.
