[Tagging] sport=shooting_range vs sport=shooting + leisure=pitch

I don't think mapping a shooting range in the way we map a river (which is
how I'm envisioning your suggestion) is a good idea.

I would much rather:
1. Come up with tagging for the firing line, which is the part of the range
where the shooters shoot from
2. Tag the danger area beyond the range (places where you must not go due
to the hazard of stray gunfire) with boundary=hazard+hazard=shooting_range

Perhaps there might even be tagging for the area of the range in which the
targets go, particularly if there is a permanent emplacement.

Note that the hazard tagging in #2 above is currently being voted on. [1]
