[Tagging] species:name - for name of species at attraction=animal

ad animal=*

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Animals - it appears already to be used for
some purposes (see also https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/animal )
Not sure whatever overloading it is a good idea.

ad species* - is there some standard schema for deciding which
language should be used that can be deployed without massive
headache?
