[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - spring:name

Dear Mateusz,

you can try this Overpass query on Italy to find some real example:

  [amenity=drinking_water][name~Fonte]
  ({{bbox}});
out;

Please feel free to find an helpful example to help me complete the
proposal.
