[Tagging] Non-historic static aircraft

Did some looking on TagInfo & we have 1 x man_made=training_facility & also
1 x man_made=simulator

Would man_made=training_facility + either training / facility = aircraft
(or maybe =aircraft_simulator / simulated_aircraft) work?

Incidentally, of the 34 man_made=aircraft that I mentioned before, when I
just looked at them, it turns out that most of them are also tagged as
historic=aircraft eg https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/340406615, & just
about every one of them is also drawn as a building, usually =industrial.
In that area, the ships are even drawn as building=industrial! :-(

Yeah, it would be nice to fix this.
