Stretch or not, it also matches the definition chosen for power=generator

Solar PV generators aren't fueled by mechanical energy.
Mechanical remains the most dense energy form we currently use but other
also exists and definitions are right to consider them.

I completely agree with Colin and you about superconducting and capacitors.
As a capacitor would be as different from a generator as a transformer, I'd
be in favour of power=capacitor for OSM defined by 436-01-03

This last point only reinforces the need of a independent storage=*
property shared by devices capable of such and plants involving them.
