None of the tile layers on osm.org render area hedges as they used to.
The only renderers I've found so far that shows area hedges are
the French OSM tiles and a really useful map from somebody called
Andy.

The change isn't the end of the world, but it's not what anybody who
deliberately mapped area hedges was expecting and may result in
tagging for the renderer.
