[Tagging] bicycle_parking=? for stands where handlebar is used to hold bicycle in position

Can you take your own photo of such bicycle parking and upload it to Wikimedia Commons ( https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Main_Page )?

Given that it is a clearly distinct bicycle parking type it would be nice to add it to the list on Wiki.
