[Tagging] private aeroway, how to tag? access=private?

There are many private, small runways, mostly owned by farmers/companies in remote arias.  
Those runways are strictly for their customers and the facilities (if any) are limited. 
An example:  
https://www.aterriza.org/de-la-cuesta/ <https://www.aterriza.org/de-la-cuesta/>


Should we tag like so:  
aeroway=runway
access=private (or customers)

similar to how we tag a private road?
