How to tag the circle polygon, that is used as a truck_apron?

area:highway=truck_apron? 
or
area:highway=traffic_apron? With a type?

With access tags?

With surface, ......

Apron is used as a value for aeroway, aeroway=apron

Better not to use apron as a value on highway area.
