[Tagging] [External] How to tag with KartaView images?

Hi Poornima,

"image" is sometimes already used, specifying "official" image from, for example, tourism information site or regional
park direction, or similar.

Together with "image" there can be "mapillary" [1] key with just id (not full link) of the geotagged image.

I would suggest to document start using "kartaview" key too. There was some usage in "1234:0" format that I am
continuing using (someone else started it). See some examples here:

https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/kartaview#values

Though I would like to use "1234/0" format to uniquely identify KartaView image as it's enough to copy-paste that part
from URL without changing ":" into "/", resulting in more convention workflow. Since not that much values are used, I
could go and change them into "/" notation myself using Overpass-API query in JOSM.

I've created wish-list issue for Overpass-turbo website to support "kartaview" tags as there's for "mapillary" (they
generate active link to mapillary.com if there's mapillary value set), though so far no response heard:

https://github.com/tyrasd/overpass-turbo/issues/524

Same could be done form JOSM KartaView plugin. Mapillary plugin allows to "Copy key" that helps to add "mapillary="
value into the object. That would be useful in KartaView plugin too.

So to recap, I would like to see this achieved:

1. Have kartaview=* key documented in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org
2. Have Overpass-Turbo website updated to bring KartaView support in par with Mapillary (generate links if kartaview=
exists).
3. Have JOSM KartaView plugin updated to be able to copy image id (3754153/0 in case of
https://kartaview.org/details/3754153/0/track-info).
4. Have main OpenStreetMap website to generate links to KartaView (and Mapillary) too, see
https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/986#issuecomment-890932521

My personal motivation to "care" about KartaView is that I just don't want Mapillary to be "monopoly" of geotagged images.
