[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - catholic

Yeah that was me, I not a really new mapper but I may do silly things sometimes.

I wanted to apply the catholic=* tag as an experiment to a delimited parameter but :
  * That was a silly thing to do without official existence of catholic=*
  * That went out of my control and a lot more things were affected
