[Tagging] Is there a tag for marking whether pharmacy allows to leave old medicines?

I think this is probably a broken record by now, but I'd prefer a
yes/no tag. Like waste_accepted:medicines=yes/no, that way it could
also also be usable in places like the UK where you would never want to
tag waste_accepted:medicines=yes due to it being an obvious default,
but may occasionally want to tag waste_accepted:medicines=no. There is
no way to negatively tag waste_accepted=medicines.
