[Tagging] type=* tags on trees

I would agree that the information belongs in another tag, and clearing out
improper uses of type=* is a good thing.
My two cents: type=pine should probably just be leaf_type=needleleaved
unless there's other information available. Prior to taking a botany
course, I thought needles + cones meant "pine tree", and I don't feel that
I was exceptionally ignorant. Glancing through the list of type=* values, I
don't see anything else that seems similarly prone to misuse.
