[Tagging] type=* tags on trees

Thanks for discussing this with the community. It is much appreciated.
1) I haven't reviewed all of your translations. I suggest you give the
community a few days to look over.
2) If you would document your plan on the wiki (here is one example
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mechanical_Edits/malenki), the
community would have a more permanent, easily accessible, record of the
mechanical edit.
3) At least in the US, "Pine" is a generic term used in day to day
conversation to describe any evergreen needle leaved tree, which would
include not only pines themselves, but also firs, spruces, and perhaps
others.
