[Tagging] type=* tags on trees

Thanks a lot for the thoughtful input and a special thank you to stevea for
the well wishes. A MapRoulette challenge sounds like an excellent idea in
this case. I have rarely touched MapRoulette, so the idea hadn't occurred
to me, but it sounds very fitting. It would certainly help to prevent the
complications that come with a mechanical edit and it would save me the
work of looking through 630 different tags in either a long list of small
changesets or my preferred but contested small set of large ones. I'll
familiarise myself with MapRoulette a bit and if all goes well I'll report
back with some results and hopefully an interesting MR task.
