The German bicycle node networks are actually always linked with
destination-oriented signposting. I have never seen that a node network
connection deviates from a route indicated by a destination signpost and
I don't believe that it exists either. I can imagine that with
route-based tour recommendations.
Therefore, it really makes sense to simply expand the relations of the
node networks with the "basic_network" tag, whatever its name may be.
