To be clear, problem is "mistagging for the renderer":
deliberately deleting correct data or adding wrong one,
just because some specific product using OSM data will
work better as an effect.
Mapping because something is shown or used is 100% fine.

"Tagging for the renderer" is a common shortened form that
is sadly misleading.

Also, just because something has no presence in USA does not mean that it will
