[Tagging] Conditional special parking spaces

Just doing some street tagging & wondering about the best way to tag such
spots as loading & taxi zones eg

(& as always, Google is NOT being used to map - it's just showing the image)

So, two spaces - the furthest one is taxis only, for as long as they like,
06:00 - 18:00 every day, while the closest space is again taxis but also a
loading zone for all vehicles, 20 min maximum, again 06:00 - 18:00 every
day.

I'm pretty certain it'll be done with conditional restrictions but am
struggling with working them out?

For the taxi only, I've come up with:
amenity=parking_space
capacity=1
parking_space:conditional=taxi @ Mo-Su 06:00-18:00

or should that be round the other way:
parking_space=taxi
parking_space:conditional=motor_vehicles @ Mo-Su 18:00-06:00?

With the loading zone, I've done similar to the first example:
amenity=parking_space
capacity=1
maxstay=20 mins
parking_space:conditional=delivery @ Mo-Su 06:00-18:00

but how do you also include the taxi zone on the same spot, & no time limit
at night?
