[Tagging] RFC for bicycle_rental:type (+ update)

And the type of bicycle could also be tagged for bicycle shops .. some 
specialize, others limit their stock. And again for bicycle manufactures.


So

bicycle:type=bmx;cargo;tandem;touring;road;mtb;gravel;*

bicycle_electric:type=bmx;cargo;tandem;touring;road;mtb;gravel;* for the 
ebikes


Note this is already in existence .. but electric is not and poorly 
tagged bicycle:type=electric.
