grazing from my understanding can happen in landuse=meadow and in
natural=grassland, the distinction between these two is that landuse=meadow
is a cultural landuse, while natural=grassland is a natural landform. Maybe
the term "meadow" alone does not indicate this, but the combination with
"landuse" makes it clear, and in analogy, "natural=*" is always about
natural / unconstructed geographical features.

grazing will happen everywhere where animals are, unlike pasture (which is
a landuse), it is referring to animals eating grass and similar in the wild
(I might be misguided here, this interpretation is mostly based on German,
the word "grasen" and translations), and it can refer to both, wild animals
eating grass, and animals intentionally brought to a grass area for grazing.

Anyway, on natural=grassland IMHO it is typical that there is some
extensive use through animals brought there for grazing.

Cheers,
Martin
