Spaces that can be used by only one vehicle type can be tagged with
vehicletype = yes / designated.

The first example on the proposal page shows the official German sign, 
which is not specific for electric scooters, but refers to the whole 
class of new electric vehicles as defined by European law.

The only disadvantage of this is that we didn't come up with a 
unambiguous key for electric kick scooters. We discussed about this 
about a year ago, but didn't come to a solution. "scooter" is a term we 
should avoid at all costs, as different people have completely different 
ideas what it refers to - be it kick scooters, electric mopeds or 
four-wheeled mobility scooters.

The third example you gave actually seems to be dedicated to rentable 
scooters and not so much as generic parking place for private ones?
