[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Parking for small vehicles (e.g. electric scooters)

Well, for those things like single use Lime and Uber scooters, we already
have tagging parking those. amenity=waste_basket, landuse=landfill...
they're quite wasteful and I'm not sure why cities tolerate them when other
forms of mobility aren't so polluting or hostile to pedestrian and cyclist
infrastructure. What other industry gets to just dump trash on the street
and let the public and the city clean it up?
The ones you buy in a shop and take care of for yourself are usually
folding so you can take them inside with you, or they're usually OK to park
in a motorcycle space anyway...
