I thought the accepted way to tag them is barrier=wall, wall=haha 
(osmose validator)

Tagging a ditch seems superfluous to me as it's not a genuine ditch (the 
wall prevents access & a ditch can be mapped to describe a water course) 
and the inclined ground is *the* defining attribute of a ha-ha. It 
doesn't require stating explicitly.
