[Tagging] Is landuse=winter_sports a ‘de facto’ tag for ski areas?

If we take skimaps.org as a reference we may well have mapped that way
around a third of all ski ressorts in the world.
So yes, it probably deserve a de-facto / approved status and its place
in the Map_Features is not stolen.

This does not mean that this tag is perfect: I've seen a biathlon
shooting range that was tagged landuse=winter_sports and although that
does not fit the definition, I definitely can't say it's wrong.
Regards,
Yves
