[Tagging] Feature Proposal - RFC - Own dishes at takeaway restaurants

Meanwhile in Germany:
- The government plans that restaurants and cafes have to offer /
support reusable packaging.
- You can use cans you brought with you at the meat counter in the
supermarket.
- There are more and more shops where you can pack food from bulk packs
in your own cans. Here they called "unpacked store"
Crazy world....

I fully support this proposal !
