no, landuse should be considered an attribute, it usually doesn’t constitute a “feature”, the few exceptions that have sneaked in should be fixed.
Leisure is always about features, natural mostly, but there are exceptions (e.g. wood, mud, )

this only works where the thing described by “landuse” and the one described by “landcover” is the same or has exactly the same extent and shape.
