For proposals based on already discussed/voted proposals it is not necessary
to run two weeks of RfC

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/change_vote_counting_rules_-_remove_no_show_paradox
was extracted from
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/change_vote_counting_rules
where I terminated vote early, nobody complained
I plan to extract at least one more part into a separate vote, also without RfC

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Tag:traffic_calming%3Dmini_bumps
vote with mini_bumps value started immediately after circle_bumps value
was rejected
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=Proposed_features/Tag:traffic_calming%3Dmini_bumps&direction=next&oldid=2095871#Voting
Nobody had trouble with that.

Have you checked documentation somewhere is it necessary to remake a RfC?
Where it would be a good place to mention that?

I want to use the ref tag to be able to link to the Ogham in 3D page, like we do with mapillary ID and wikidata. They don't have all Ogham stones in their database, so we can't generically use the name to create the link.
