This was not intended to say there were English inscriptions in ogham
stones or that this tag makes sense in combination, the tag "inscription"
is well established and will not be introduced by this proposal.
We generally do not store translations in OSM tags, we might tag things in
different languages (particularly names), but these should be names in
these languages, not translations of names into these languages.
